Voting
Great turnout this morning. Had to wait about 25 minutes. Some voters filled out their ballots outside of the normal booths to speed up the process: a woman was using a piano to fill out her ballot, people were sitting next to an election judge and voting and some were sitting on a pew while using it as their writing surface. Good to see a lot of my neighbors.
Milk Chocolate Drink
UPDATE: This was served as the Chocolate Voohoo at my 2007 Autumn Party.
A drink based off an experiment last night. I tweaked it today and I just made one for roommate Matt:
- 1 shot Kahlúa
- 1 shot Vodka
- 1 shot Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 shot Creme de Cacao
- Spoonful of hot chocolate mix
- Splash of milk
Shake vigorously on ice.
Yum. Matt’s verdict: “It’s Excellent.” Someone come up with a better name for it, please!
