New Target store in Oakdale, MN has the corporate logo painted at an intersection. Only in America can you have the road say “roundabout” when the signs say “Stop.” Fun.

Cabina Italian Kitchen, Woodbury, MN

Another new unexciting strip mall Italian joint. This time in Woodbury Commons. Food was fine. Interior tried to be modern but it is already dated. Stuff designed with faux-50’s illustrations and Copperplate Gothic. Barf. Staff was competent and friendly. A bit too much fettucini alfredo for lunch. Dean Martin’s rendition of “That’s Amore” playing overhead topped off the cliché factor.
