Clicquot Club Cafe, Minneapolis, MN

I dig this place. Other people do too: these days if you’re unlucky you can expect to wait to sit down. They’ve done well for themselves in the few months they’ve been open now.

Totally Scrabble Tuesday

People over to watch Totally Scrabble Tuesday. As it is TV Turnoff Week, TST decided it is also “Turn Your TV Upside Down Week.”

My Fathers 50th

My father hates birthdays, so my sister and I surprised him at his house
anyway.

Piano Swap

The piano I learned on that’s been with me since I was little went to my grandparents. I got their old baby grand that they’ve had since they were married but never were able to fit in their home. It needs some work — fixing it up starts Wednesday. Shout out to Nystrom Moving for their speedy and very inexpensive piano move.

Coach Said Not To at the 7th St Entry, Minneapolis

Opening for the Honeydogs.

Town Talk Diner, Minneapolis, MN

Out with my sister this time and the Town Talk has outdone itself again. I love this place. After my Manhattan, Ben served me an excellent Old Fashioned with Makers Mark. Best drink I’ve had in a long time. The grilled cheese was also the best I’ve had here. If you haven’t been here yet, call me and I will take you out.

Summit Scandia Release Party

Released today. I got in because of an internet drawing, my friends got in through industry connections. The new Summit Scandia Ale is good. Good belgian hops, very light yet filling. 5% and a nice bit of citrus flavor comes out of it as well. Yum.

Tanpopo Noodle Shop, Saint Paul, MN

Disc Golf at Kaposia Park, Saint Paul

Out with Andy, Linsay and Brian. I only got 30 over par! =) More photos here.

Maplewood Nature Center

Out with Teresa visiting our geocache that’s been out here two and a half years. Still in good condition and a lot of birds and turtles out today.
