This demonstration of maturity brought to you by the back of a Leeann Chin truck on 10th Street in Oakdale, MN turning to I-694 southbound. While they might be talking about the Midwest Gift and Fudge House located just outside of Green Bay, it may have something to do with the Vikings versus Packers game tonight.

UPDATE: Progressive TripSense is now Progressive MyRate
I am having wonderful experience with this program. I am easily getting the bare minimum discount. With 6000 miles, 594 trips and 103 days into the program I have spent about 3 hours and 40 minutes of it over 75mph. It hates that. A lot. Now, I find that it is basically impossible to get any realistic discount when you travel 6000 miles in 100 days.
Is this program nation-wide yet or is it still a Minnesota pilot? Either way it sucks unless you keep your car parked all year.
Anyway, woo fuckin’ hoo to my 5% discount and giving Progressive Casualty Insurance Company details of every single trip I make with my car.

Just watched what might possibly be the best show on the Minneapolis Television Network. Totally Scrabble Tuesday is a community access show where the city of Minneapolis plays against the host in a disjointed game of Scrabble. If you are lucky enough to make it through on the phone line, you get one turn and then it is up to the next caller.
The joy of the show is that it is littered with technical problems, horrible audio, vulgarity, inside jokes and people that call in that are far from sober. It’s live, so anything goes.
Callers are welcomed with “Hello! You’re on Scrabble!” and usually they respond coherantly. One player wanted to play “BJ for Blowjob” with the letters but was turned down because it was an acronym. Another caller made a deal that if he played a word he would get the host to show his girlfriend in the studio for 5 seconds. When this happened the caller said he was wacking off and then they cut the call. While one caller complained about the “fucking audio” another asked if the host was “fucking drunk.” Some of the players made good plays, surprisingly.
While the Scrabble Players Dictionary was used most of the game, at the end they allowed a caller to score a ton of points on “fuck.”
Public Access television at its finest.
(Channel 17, Tuesdays at 11:00pm)
Update: Totally Scrabble Tuesdays listed as Tonight’s Play on MNspeak.com for Dec 20, 2005.
