Thanks for the comment. Here’s a few examples of some Margherita pizzas that I’ve enjoyed. In New York, I’m sad that Una Pizza Napoletana closed but the next time I’m there I’m heading to No. 28 Pizzeria. More locally, Roman Market has a fantastic take on the Margherita, and it isn’t far from Hudson. Bricks Neapolitan Pizza, which is just a few blocks down from Dolce gets better and better every time I go. I was there yesterday, in fact, and sampled their Luna and Quattro Fromaggi pizzas. Quite good, and their Margherita is spot on. Good for your kids, too — every other adult patron there yesterday had at least one child with them. Also, a couple weeks ago, I had an absolutely gorgeous Margherita at Punch Pizza on Lake Street. Fantastic stuff.

And opening a pizzeria is certainly a back-of-the-mind dream of mine and if that ever happens I’ll make sure you stop by so you can share your thoughts about it.

Dolce’s food has been fabulous every time Iwe’ve been there. Our kids love it too.
