The service is traditionally grumpy except for the newer staff. But the pizza is awesome – spicy tomato sauce.

Oh yeah – and the police thing – well that will happen when the police station is a block or so away.

(But I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of crime schemes have been hatched while drinking and/or dining in there.)

I like Red’s Savoy even though sometimes the restaurant smells a bit like raw sewage. But that’s not their fault–that’s just Saint Paul for ya.
