		<description>Here’s another issue…most vets will tell you that a rabies vaccination is TOTALLY UNNNECCESSARY for an indoor cat, as well as certain other vaccinations. So what really is the purpose for licensing an indoor pet other than ensuring you’re not a hoarder.</description>

		<description>The question is what problem are we trying to solve with licensing?  Its a simple question.  But no one seems to be able to answer it.  An animal license fee does not provide an incentive to the owner to sterilize the animal.  It does not provide an incentive to have their shots up to date.  Its just another tax.</description>
