Lots of buzz this evening on Brew52, Rett Martin’s new project. “Sampling a different Minnesota brew each week for an entire year. Oh for fun!”
Yes, for fun. Week one is August Schell’s Snow Storm. Quite a yummy treat. This site could become a bad habit.

Sounds good…just when I’m trying to cut back on beer

Or I need to make more friends. Or live closer to the ones I do have, I suppose.

Posted 03 Jan 2008 at 19:17 ¶On a side note, at Buster’s I also tried the Ommegang Double Chocolate Stout. Holy fantastic beer! Almost a dessert in a glass~ Clearly it’s not a MN brew, though so sorry for getting off subject~
I totally second the Kayak recommendation. I think that’s my favorite Minnesota beer.
