Pretty spooky. Gary Schiff was stuck in the 70’s, but later his mustache wasn’t sticking.

Captured during the live broadcast of the Ways & Means/Budget Hearing during a discussion regarding Meet Minneapolis as well as the funding of Wireless Minneapolis and Minneapolis Television Network.
