		<description>Heidi- I have not even heard of that kind of sticker theft in Minnesota. The stickers also contain a serial number where the last characters match the license plate too. If you look close, you can see that I have blurred that out in the photo. I suppose it'd be harder to steal the stickers here.</description>

		<description>I kinda doubt Missouri does, but it wouldn't matter there anyway, at least not in Kansas City. Regardless of the plate's temp when you stick them on, it likely won't be too long before someone steals them off. Do y'all have that problem in Mpls? My roommate had his stolen two years in a row. He's keeping the replaced ones in the glovebox for now.</description>

		<description>There's some truth to that. When your tabs are expired and it's mid January, you don't have much choice.  I don't think it was -10 but it was damn cold when I did it and they got quite brittle and the adhesive did not stick all that well.</description>
