My very first genetic weapon. I forgot I emailed these people many months ago and last night an envelope showed up in the mail from England. I am not exactly sure what I should do with this.

You team up with a sidekick, take on some nancy nicknames, sew up some capes and tights and shiny tall boots, and then make a video of your demands to mail to news stations and the President, of course!
